Usage: Bioherb is used in order to avoid the use of milk fats for religious, medical or practical reasons. It can be used instead of milk powder without altering recipes. In case of replacing of fresh or pasteurized milk, instead of 1 liter of milk should be used 120 g of Bioherb and 880 ml of water.
